What we're looking for
We are seeking a proactive, organised and relationship-focused Service Delivery Manager to join our growing delivery team at Spicy Mango. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of our client engagements and maintaining the high standard of service our customers expect across media, sports, entertainment, and digital publishing.
You’ll act as the central point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working across delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly, communication remains transparent, and customer satisfaction remains consistently high. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of services, ongoing client engagement, and continuous improvement of delivery operations.
You'll need to have
Minimum 3 years’ experience in service delivery or client management, ideally within the media, entertainment, or digital sectors
Demonstrable experience within a B2B SaaS and/or professional services organisation
A strong background managing complex client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and advocate
Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional delivery teams
Proven ability to manage delivery performance, report on KPIs, and oversee SLAs across multiple accounts
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a calm, problem-solving mindset
Confidence in facilitating client meetings, leading service reviews, and managing escalations professionally
Strong understanding of delivery processes, change management, and continuous improvement practices
Experience working in or with distributed teams, ideally within a remote-first or digital consultancy/delivery environment
What you'll do
Act as the primary delivery interface for a portfolio of Spicy Mango clients
Own the end-to-end service experience, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard, on time and to specification
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress, flag risks and remove blockers
Run regular service reviews, monitor KPIs and ensure contractual obligations are met
Serve as a client advocate internally, helping to prioritise client needs and align internal resources
Identify and drive service improvement opportunities, both operationally and strategically
Support onboarding of new clients and handovers from the sales or project phase into ongoing service
Escalate and manage critical issues with appropriate urgency and clear communication
