Channel 4 has selected Spicy Mango to help shape a strategic digital transformation programme through a structured tendering and procurement process. The engagement will focus on defining product, commercial and technical requirements, managing a competitive RFP, and establishing clear evaluation criteria to identify the right partners for Channel 4’s next-generation streaming platform.
Spicy Mango will lead a collaborative approach that aligns stakeholder priorities, accelerates documentation using proven reference materials, and applies transparent scoring matrices to support consistent vendor comparisons. The process will balance pace with governance to help Channel 4 move swiftly from market assessment to informed partner selection. This includes objective market scanning, a concise requirements pack, and a delivery framework that keeps decision-making on track.
As one of the UK’s leading public service broadcasters, Channel 4 is focused on evolving its streaming capabilities to meet changing audience expectations. The programme will explore opportunities to leverage vendor innovation while ensuring reliability, scalability and cost effectiveness across the product and technology stack, in line with Channel 4’s public service remit.
