Dyn and Spicy Mango Expand Multi-Year Partnership to Advance Fan Engagement Across DACH with Gameday
London, United Kingdom - 19 April 2026
Dyn, a leading sports streaming platform in the DACH region, has expanded its multi-year partnership with Gameday, Spicy Mango’s SaaS data management, enrichment and fan experience platform.
The renewal builds on a successful collaboration that has been in place since Dyn’s inception, with Gameday embedded at the core of the platform from day one.
Founded in 2022 by former German Football League (DFL) executives, Dyn was created to address a clear gap in the market: a high-quality streaming service dedicated to second-tier sports. Since launching in summer 2023, the platform has rapidly established itself as the digital home for sports including handball, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and field hockey, offering fans a unified destination in a market traditionally dominated by football.

As Dyn has scaled, now supporting more than 3,000 live events annually - the role of Gameday has been central in enabling the platform to deliver consistent, high-quality fan experiences across a diverse and complex sports portfolio.
“Building a platform that delivers a consistent fan experience across multiple sports is a complex challenge, and Gameday has been an important partner in helping us achieve that. As Dyn continues to grow and expand its portfolio, this partnership gives us a strong foundation to keep enhancing how fans engage with our content.”
Mortiz Mücke, Head of Product and Technology at Dyn
At the heart of this is Gameday’s ability to transform raw sports data into real-time, engaging stories. By standardising data from multiple providers, enriching it with context, and delivering it with millisecond precision, Gameday powers content workflow automations, interactive features and more contextual coverage - augmenting the live video experience, driving content automation and bringing fans closer to the action.
Dyn’s product and editorial teams leverage Gameday’s enrichment capabilities to add depth, context and narrative to live coverage, turning structured data into meaningful insights that help fans understand the moments that matter and stay engaged throughout the lifecycle of a match.
“We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together with Dyn. From day one, this has been a true partnership, working side by side to create a platform that delivers high-quality, engaging experiences for fans across multiple sports. The progress Dyn has made in such a short time is remarkable, and we’re excited to continue playing a central role as the platform and offering go from strength to strength.”
Ben Davison, Director of Commercial Development at Spicy Mango
This approach allows Dyn to move beyond simply streaming sport to actively shaping how it is experienced, helping fans follow narratives as they unfold, understand the moments that matter, and stay engaged throughout the lifecycle of a match.
The expanded agreement reflects both organisations’ confidence in the platform they have built together, and their shared ambition to continue evolving the fan experience as Dyn enters its next phase of growth.

Dyn holds a diverse rights portfolio covering national and international competitions for both women and men and broadcasts more than 3,000 live matches per season. As a technology company, Dyn Media operates the platform, manages live and on-demand production, and develops editorial and technological solutions for leagues, federations, rights holders, and media brands. Dyn won the SportsPro OTT Award 2024 in the category “Best New Platform” and was named “Medium of the Year” at the HORIZONT Sportbusiness Award 2025.
